What They’re Looking For

Strong working knowledge of civil engineering bids

Proven experience writing high‑quality technical and narrative responses

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and collaborate with SMEs

Comfortable stepping into a fast‑paced environment with multiple live tenders

Experience with public sector frameworks is beneficial but not essential
