This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join an established team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant and competitive bid submissions.

Working closely with Bid Writers, the Senior Bid Coordinator and wider stakeholders, you’ll provide the coordination and administrative support that keeps the bid process running smoothly, ensuring information is accurate, documentation is well organised and submissions are delivered on time.

The role would suit someone with previous experience supporting bids, tenders or proposals, or an experienced administrator looking to move into a bid environment. Experience within construction, property maintenance or another regulated sector would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and filter new tender opportunities
• Manage bid-related email and portal communications, including clarifications
• Complete SQs, PQQs and approved supplier questionnaires
• Maintain compliance and accreditation information and ensure supporting evidence is up to date
• Coordinate information, CVs and supporting documentation for bid submissions
• Create and maintain bid folders, templates and standard documentation
• Proofread bid responses and supporting materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain the bid library, reports and records
• Support Bid Writers and wider stakeholders throughout the tender process
• Ensure key deadlines are managed and submissions are complete and compliant

About you:

• Previous experience within bids, tenders, proposals or a strong administrative environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working with processes, systems and documentation
• Experience within construction, property maintenance or a regulated environment would be advantageous
