Pre Construction Manager

My client, a rapidly growing Tier 2 contractor are looking for a driven and personable Pre‑Construction Manager to join their expanding team, ideally with Department for Education (DfE) or wider education‑sector experience. You’ll work within a collaborative pre‑construction team of five, reporting directly to the Head of Pre‑Construction, and supporting a growing pipeline that is set to exceed £150m in 2026. Strong construction experience is essential (civils not required), along with a solid understanding of two‑stage tendering—Tier 1 background is welcome but not essential. They are looking for someone with the right blend of technical capability, energy, and ambition. This is a hybrid role with two days working from home, and a competitive salary dependent on experience, ranging from £65k to £100k plus package.
