    The Bid Writer/Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high‑quality PQQ and tender submissions. Responsibilities include planning, writing, and coordinating bid responses, while compiling and maintaining a library of standard documentation and model answers. The role requires building strong internal and external relationships to support the bid process, developing creative approaches to writing and presentation, and ensuring all submissions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards. The coordinator will also assist the Bid Manager, review submissions for quality, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and share best practice across the team.

    In addition, the position involves undertaking research to strengthen bid content, creating supporting materials such as PowerPoint presentations and flow charts, and tailoring project team CVs for prospective opportunities. The coordinator will maintain up‑to‑date case studies of recent projects and support the business development team by ensuring the company’s website remains current and accurate. This role demands a clear understanding of tender requirements, the ability to construct compelling responses that portray the company in the best possible light, and a commitment to maintaining market intelligence to secure winning bids.

  • Bid Manager

    Bid Manager – A fantastic opportunity to join the development team of this main contractor to assist in winning major construction projects across London and the South East.
    This role requires previous experience of managing the end to end bid process, writing of content whilst engaging with key stakeholders at all levels to develop bid win strategies for multiple development schemes. The successful candidate will work closely with the head of new business and the wider pre construction team to review all commercial aspects of the bid to ensure all products/services are included in the final price to the client. A basic working knowledge of InDesign is desirable. There is scope to really make the role your own and thrive in this growing environment.
