We’re supporting a leading UK contractor who is looking to bring in an experienced Contract Bid Professional to support upcoming civil engineering tenders.

What They’re Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of civil engineering bids

• Proven experience writing high‑quality technical and narrative responses

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and collaborate with SMEs

• Comfortable stepping into a fast‑paced environment with multiple live tenders

• Experience with public sector frameworks is beneficial but not essential

Contract Details

• Freelance / Contract position

• Flexible working with some on‑site collaboration as required

Role Focus

• Writing and developing compelling bid responses

• Interpreting technical information and turning it into clear, persuasive content

• Supporting the work winning team through submission stages

• Ensuring compliance, quality and consistency across all documents
